Shipping policy

U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
Incense Ocean currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE
Free U.S. shipping applies when your order subtotal is $50 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping. This includes orders containing both Incense Ocean and Shopify Collective products.

ORDERS BELOW $50
Standard shipping is $4.95 for products in our general shipping profile. Shopify Collective products use supplier-calculated shipping rates shown at checkout, with no added fee or markup. The $4.95 rate is not added to Collective-only orders. For mixed orders below $50, applicable shipping charges may be combined at checkout.

Delivery timing varies by product and fulfillment location. Items may arrive in separate shipments. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available. For questions, contact info@incenseocean.com.
