Before ordering a holder and refills together

Write down the two product links and the selected scent or color. Ask whether the incense has been confirmed to fit that holder, which pieces are supplied and whether additional support or an ash-catching tray is needed. Matching colors or fragrance names are not compatibility evidence.

If the recipient already owns the equipment, ask for the product name or measurements. A known refill is usually a clearer purchase than an unfamiliar decorative holder whose opening size is missing. If you are changing formats, include the appropriate instructions along with the verified equipment.

Wrapping and presentation
